Saturday 13 December will see the SOS Xmas Do take place at Kidlington Green Road Club.
We will kick off at 7pm with a quiz for around an hour and then move into a Buffet and Disco. Costs will be as per the BBQ, £8 for Adults, £4 for 12-16 year olds and £2 for Under 12's
Sadly we still have no news on speedway returning but lets show that Oxford Speedway is still alive and kicking and lets keep raising funds for the day we are reborn

Sugar!!! (Or similar expressions they use out here!!!) Missed it! Alas! I wouldn't worry Bryn, with the exception of 21 paying people so did everyone else. Disappointing but our thanks to those that did come along. Hopefully they were all able to take food with them because there was lots of it !!!

It was a pity about 30 more people didn't attend as it was a good evening with a huge amount of excellent food (much prepared by Neil Smith) available. The quiz was fun though our team did badly!! Let's hope that the GP BBQ's continue to be supported to a viable level that justifies the efforts put in by the committee. June and I wish to thank everyone on the SOS and those who attend the functions who make the evenings so enjoyable for us. Happy New Year to all and let's hope for some good news on the Oxford Speedway front this year. By the way Bryn we are not jealous of you in all that lovely sun, sand and Bundy!! Remember it could still be cold when you get back!!
