Guys, www.oxford-speedway.com is back up and running and will be kept up to date with all the latest news, fixtures, results and anything else we can think of. It's very much a work in progress at the moment as it was put together at short notice. If you have any suggestions or things you'd like to see on there then please post it on here and I'll see what I can do.

Well done!
For feedback the only buttons that work for me at the moment are to this forum and the supporters club, is there anything else on there yet that I cant see for technical reasons - I know nothing about computers - not a criticism of course just asking.
Something to recognise the history of the club would be good to add in the future.

Guys,
You're all a little quiet out there!
I need some feedback on the site. Things you like, don't like, would like to see...
TLN and another person has already suggested a "History of the Club" section which I agree is a great idea. Does anyone have something that I could put up? Any old pictures from years gone by? So definitely something I'll put together if I get the content.
I'm hoping to add to the Squad page some details on each rider and hopefully some averages etc from when they (If they did) ride for Oxford in the past.
The Fixtures/Results page will be worked on ASAP. We don't have dates for some of our matches but I'll put those up as TBC.
PLEASE PEOPLE, IDEAS!
We may not have a home but lets make sure we have a website that is full of information, pictures, stats etc...

Ash,
I've got plenty of written stuff on the history of the club... I'll get it together at the weekend and send it to you.
As for photos, I think I can help on that side too, but that'll take longer (i.e. after I've been to Sweden next week).
And I promise to get some nice rider profiles over to you by tomorrow evening - sorry it's taken longer than anticipated.
All the best Rob

Hello wolfman the site is fine by me bar one thing. The small pane the website its in. It makes it annoying scrolling down for the news etc....

Alan,
Someone else mentioned the issue to me at tonight's match. When you say it's small do you mean that on the initial page you can't see the wholepicture? If so then it seems that it could be a browser issue. I know it works fine for a number of people I've spoken to but some it does not.
What browser are you using? Mozilla? Internet Explorer 6? Internet Explorer 7?
I'm looking in to this anyway but any info you can give may help!
Cheers.

That makes things a little bit more interesting as I'm also using IE7 but it works fine...
Rest assured I'm looking in to it!
Tonight I'll be uploading some shots from last night's fixture.

Alan,
Can you try the website again? I've made a change which I'm hoping will have solved the "Letterbox" issue.
Let me know.

Alan,
Can you try again but when the page comes up, press F5 to refresh the page just in case your browser is working of a cached copy. Fingers crossed it'll sort it. If it doesn't then it's back to the drawing board.
Mike - Thanks for letting me know.

Thank god for that! It was starting to confuse me!
Just uploaded new profile and action shots for the lads who rode last night. Front page now has a team photo and in the report of the match that Rob did there is an action shot from heat 1.
Still a work in progress but getting there.
